Dan the franchise owner was so professional and was very knowledgeable about the product as well and how it compared to other suppliers' products. Providing a lifetime guarantee was a huge benefit. He was truly the only person that tested the concrete in all places and used laser accuracy for the measurements, provided a brochure with all the information on Hello Garage of North Pittsburgh and had a professional business card as well.
